WOODRUFF PARK WINTER LIGHTS: PRISM

It is back for its second year, with PRISM: Winter Lights at Woodruff Park, presented by ADD and curated by Dashboard. It will feature three light-based landmark sculptures on the main lawn as well as projection mapping on the International Peace Fountain's water wall in Atlanta, which will showcase animated artwork. This exhibit will be on view from December 5 until January 31

THANKS FOR GIVING COAT DRIVE

A.S.I.S.T., ADID's Social Impact Safety Team, invites community members to donate gently used winter clothing to people experiencing homelessness. The items contributed to A.S.I.S.T's Thanks for Giving drive will be distributed to homeless service providers. In addition to the Ellis Hotel, Center Parc Credit Union, and Ray's in the City, there are receptacles available for dropping off donations.

ONLINE ATLANTA FESTIVAL OF TREES

Each holiday season, the Embassy Suites by Hilton at Centennial Olympic Park raises funds and awareness for local charities by hosting charitable organizations that decorate Christmas trees in the hotel atrium, which anyone can donate to whichever tree or organization they prefer. A new element has been added to the Festival of Trees this year: online registration! Check out photos of past tree displays and consider donating to the worthy causes they support during this season of giving if you can.

GEORGIA AQUARIUM PROGRAMS FOR GROWNUPS

For Sips Under the Sea Lite: Tacky Sweater Night on December 4, guests 21 and older will wear their holiday best (or worst!). In addition, all guests should wear a suitable facial covering for the evening, regardless of whether they are wearing an ugly sweater or not. You're invited to Sounds of SEAson, a one-of-a-kind socially distant event that features two hometown bands and extended hours. The attraction's holiday gift guide helps support the amazing work they do in research and conservation.

AT THE ZOO ATLANTA, SANTA SERVES COOKIES

We'll take professional pictures of the little ones with Santa. Prepare your family for a memorable reunion with Santa by bringing your festive face mask to the Zoo! December 5 and 6

VICTORIAN HOLIDAY AT OAKLAND CEMETERY

Oakland Cemetery invites you to celebrate the holiday season! A festive family event, Victorian Holiday is returning for its sixth year! No tickets required. Take part in a Holiday Green Market, a Pop-Up Shop at the Bell Tower, and a Holiday Hunt. You have until December 15th to order your holiday wreath from Oakland.

Live radio version of A Christmas Carol

This season, the Alliance Theatre is bringing the sounds of the season to life with A Christmas Carol: The Live Radio Play. Listen to the jingle of jingle bells as Ebenezer Scrooge, Marley, and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future transport you back to Victorian England. Experience stories, singalongs, and honking horns in our drive-in theatre. Atlanta's Summerhill neighborhood hosts the production in the parking lot of Georgia State University's Center Parc Credit Union Stadium. December 4-23
